         The Welfare State

From Google
The welfare state is working and not working in the United Kingdom in the same time because some people are benefiting for it and some don’t. There are lots of poor people in the UK and it is hard to satisfy all of them in the same time. Some people try to fake their illness to benefit from this welfare state producers and that is unacceptable. People apply to it with serious illness and don’t get accepted and people with fake situations and that are inappropriate and unfair. Back home the welfare state is not working and people struggle enormously.

According to Rgu (2014) Asa Briggs  specified three principal elements of the UK Welfare State . These were
  • a guarantee of minimum standards, including a minimum income;
  • social protection in the event of insecurity; and
  • the provision of services at the best level possible.

From Google
According to (GOV.UK 2014) ''The benefits system needs to be reformed to be fair, affordable and able to reduce poverty, worklessness and welfare dependency. This will make sure people are helped to move into work while the most vulnerable get the support they need.''

The Role Of The News Media

What Is the Role of News Media

Press Woman Google Images
Journalists are people that search for news and bring it to the public as fast as possible.UNCP(2012) stated that ''First there were books, then newspapers, magazines, photography, sound recordings, films, radio, television, the so-called New Media of the Internet, and now social media.'' Their main aim is to present stories in a clear, engaging style. They may go to press launches, council meeting, courts and other events in search of news and stories. They also interview people by phone or in person.

The Effect of News Media on Celebrities

Paparazzi
The negative aspect of news media on celebrities are that they always want to publish the inadequate behaviour of the celebrities to show it to the public and give them a bad reputation, and consequently the majority of the celebrities hate the paparazzi the most because they always stalk celebrities all the time just to get pictures of them.

Possible Solutions

Raison publique.fr (2010) stated that ''Politicians who wish to keep their private life private, it used to be confidently said, are safer in France than in the United States.'' It is more private for politicians in France than The United States, and it is recommended that this policy should be done in all 50 states in the world to make people life's private, this may be incredibly effective if this policy is done.

Evaluation

It's recommended that news media is a good thing in the life of people because they get news about the country that they life in and know what is happening in it. But, some news media take it too far by lying and over exaggerating things.

Youth unemployment in the UK

Youth unemployment in the UK
                                                        Causes of Unemployment

young people wanting jobs
BBC online (2013) stated that ''Unemployment in the UK  fell by 4,000 in the three months to June leaving 2.51 million out of work.'' Youth unemployment are among the age's of 16-24, and all most for two years the amount of people out of work rose from 10,000 to 474,000, and the most people out of work are 16 year old people and they are the highest. the most places in the UK that has the unemployment is the Birmingham and London. BBC online (2013).

Effect

Steven,R (2005) stated that ''Our estimates suggest that a substantial portion of the decline in property crime rates during the 1990s is attributable to the decline in the unemployment rate.'' Unemployment may have an negative effect on crime.

A Possible Solution
A possible solution is the compulsory job guarantee plan; which offers job creation scheme for the under 25.Paid for out of taxes an bank bonus and using same money from the biggest pension funds to help create jobs. The UK minimum wage is 9£ per-hour. The compulsory job guarantee plan is for young people who have been looking for work for 1 or 2 years if they do not have the job, they many lose their job Sidoney allowance benefits. this may help increase the rate of employment in the UK. And may lower the rate of unemployed people in the UK. (Telegraph 2014). And i agree with telegraph because this is helpful for unemployment people.

Evaluation
It may be, that the guarantee plan for getting a job is the best idea, an i would recommend it because of the benefits that you get from it. It may lower the rate of crime if all the unemployment people get a job.

Homelessness Youth

Causes of Homelessness
Firstly, the cause of homelessness is experiencing negative behaviours with family members, husbands or wife’s. This Leeds to potential of him/her leaving the home of their parents or husbands because of "the most common causes were physical or mental health problems and escaping a violent relationship. "Crisis (2008).And this causes them to become homeless and lacks money, resources and shelter. This causes for no jobs to get because they be pressed for, not have enough of knowledge in life and more.

Solution for Homelessness

To solve this problem there can be many solution for homelessness, one of them is to set up a camping to train them to get employed and find a job that gives them a wage. That may help them to buy a house and food. The seconded solution is to set up a  education program and give them knowledge. And then they can find a job by them self and live there life better then before for instant, no more sleeping in the streets and no bagging for money in the streets. Opinion Leader Research (2006) Stated that "Voluntary organisations have an important role to play in providing training/educational services for homeless people." and Opinion Leader Research came up with a smilier solution by educating homeless people.
